Genetic Alliance UK plan for All Parliamentary Group for Rare Conditions

Genetic Alliance UK are planning to set up an All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on rare, genetic and undiagnosed conditions.

To get the most out of the APPG for rare, genetic and undiagnosed conditions we need as many MPs and Peers to be actively involved in the group as possible. Your MP represents you in parliament, and as such should be standing up for you and your family – a great way for them to do this is by joining our new APPG. The group will raise awareness, influence change and work together to improve the lives of individuals affected by rare, genetic and undiagnosed conditions.

We’ve put together a template letter for you to use when asking your MP to join the APPG, so it’s really simple to get involved.
