Patient Conference 2009

Also planned is fully supervised activities for the children meaning that parents can come along and participate fully in the day knowing their children are safe, happy and busy enjoying their day.

Saturday, 24th October 2009

The event this year will take place at the Britannia Hotel in Birmingham.

All room bookings for those wishing to stay at the hotel should be made direct with staff at the hotel or on line.

The cost of the conference is £10.00 per adult, payable in advance and includes the costs of refreshments and lunch. There is no charge for children under the age of 16 years.

The booking form can be printed out and returned to us (address on form).  All bookings must be accompanied by a cheque made payable to the Gorlin Syndrome Group.

The programme will be published once all detail has been finalised.

Planning and organisation is now well underway and as in past years we are expecting a number of medical advisors and healthcare professionals. There will be chance to listen to presentations and ask questions about the condition and treatment options.

Also an important aspect of the conference is the opportunity to meet socially with other patients and their familes and to share experiences.
